Our Guiding Principles:

  • At the Panta Pride Foundation, we are driven by a singular mission: to empower communities, transform lives, and cultivate sustainable growth in Liberia through servant leadership and free enterprise. This mission is deeply rooted in our faith and commitment to addressing Liberia’s most critical challenges while building a brighter future for the people of Panta and beyond.

  • We envision Panta as a global model for sustainable development—a region where innovation, collaboration, and resilience converge to create prosperity. Our work is about more than farming or infrastructure; it is about unlocking potential and fostering an enduring legacy of hope, dignity, and opportunity.

  • Our mission and vision are underpinned by five core principles that define who we are and drive what we do:

    1. Mission-Driven Focus Rooted in Faith: At the heart of everything we do is our faith. It guides our purpose, inspires our efforts, and reminds us that our work is ultimately in service to God and His people.

    2. Turning Crisis into Opportunity: Liberia has faced its share of challenges, but we see these moments not as barriers, but as opportunities. By addressing crises with creativity and determination, we uncover pathways for growth and transformation.

    3. The Art of Pivoting and Flexibility: In an ever-changing world, adaptability is key. Our ability to pivot and respond to evolving circumstances ensures that we remain effective, relevant, and impactful.

    4. Deep Mentoring as a Cultural Cornerstone: We believe that empowering individuals with knowledge, skills, and confidence is the most enduring way to create change. Mentoring is not just an activity for us; it is a cultural cornerstone.

    5. Strategic Partnerships and Collective Impact: Collaboration amplifies impact. We prioritize partnerships with like-minded organizations, stakeholders, and investors to leverage collective strengths and create lasting change.

  • Founding story of the Panta Pride Foundation.

The Panta Pride Foundation, formerly Save More Kids, was established in 2014 to nurture, mentor and educate children who lost their parents during the Liberian Civil War (1989–2003). Our original vision was to rebuild a nation, one child at a time, through the establishment of sustainable social enterprises that would provide innovative solutions to Liberia’s many problems, from unsafe drinking water to food insecurity.

Established by Quanuquanei A. Karmue and his wife, Wendy, Save More Kids directly supported the Christ Children’s Home, which was founded by Ma Neyor Karmue and her husband Fungbeh to raise, nurture and educate children who lost their families during the Liberian Civil War.

Since then, the children have grown, and our organization grew along with them. We have continuously focused on larger and more systemic problems, increasing our area of impact while narrowing our focus on Liberia’s most pressing crisis: food insecurity.
